Our client specialises in integrated service solutions, optimising end to end service delivery, improving customer experience and controlling and reducing costs, providing Multi-Discipline Integrated Engineering and Field Services.

They are looking to recruit an their behalf an experienced PPS Operations Manager with at least 6 years operational experience with tendering experience.


• Rounded: lead, engineer and project manage within a hands-on approach to new technology and innovation
• Process-oriented: Has worked in or understands to conduct isolation boundaries on P&ID’s/ISO drawings.
• Collaborative: draws the team together to increase knowledge and expertise
• Extensive background: Flange management, bolting, leak testing, flushing, pipe freezing


• A degree in engineering or relevant 10+ years experience in process field services
• Knowledge/experience in work pack generation of flange management, leak testing, pipe freezing, machining and integrity based inspection
• Knowledge or experience with coordinating shutdowns, maintenance work and capital project HUC, campaign works, Shutdowns
• Excellent knowledge in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and flange management software, Bluebeam
• Valid drivers’ license
• Valid passport to travel through E.U. countries
• Own vehicle preferred


• To perform process engineering & service support to our customers and group
• To liaise with all company's staff and customers to ensure the seamless service delivery
• Supervise field personnel including contractors
• To maintain all the Process engineering documentation for the company
• Provide engineering services, tendering and Sales support
• To liaise with the customer base of the Company and effectively communicate with them on a regular basis, answering any queries that arise in a timeous manner. To build relationships with all key customers on the phone and where necessary in person.
• To actively participate in ongoing up-keep of ISO 9001 quality management system.
• To look at innovation of products with management and take new product offerings from idea to fruition with our customers
• To interface with outside vendors for equipment and consumables required for project delivery

To ensure all duties are carried out in line with company procedures


• Work with engineering software company as focal point for technical queries and software updates
• Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure all service-related quality control procedures and processes are followed
• Liaising with the Operations Director on a day by day basis to ensure quality and service delivery is being maintained
• Highlight any risks and work as a team to provide a solution to any service delivery or QHSE issues
• Assist with the identification of customer’s requirements, new enquiries, quotes and commercial management of projects
• Development of project execution plans and adherence to use of the company IMS system and project management manual
• Assist with the development of the maintenance procedures for the base, equipment and service lines
• Providing time estimates for work that will feed into budgets
• Carry out site surveys as required
• Represent the company at site when applicable
• Participate and lead accident investigation
• Provide appraisals for field personnel performance and competency reviews
• Any other duties required in line with the needs of the business
• Travel to client/customer sites with potential for overnight stay
