Our client is a leading provider of goods and services to the drilling and intervention industry. They are looking to recruit a Senior Project Engineer with Cased Hole Completion experience to join their Aberdeen team.
The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for:-
Exploiting business opportunities and ensure that products meet the required quality standards, by planning, co-ordination and control of the design and development of new or existing product lines. This includes the completion of feasibility studies as required to ensure that products are supplied to meet actual or anticipated future customer needs, in-line with Client Company policies, procedures and systems, statutory regulations and good industry practice. This position provides the main Engineering point of contact for all technical/engineering support for regional manufacturing, sales and operations for the Cased Hole Completion Business Unit. This includes liaising with the GBU Engineering and manufacturing teams as required.
The role is measured by the accurate interpretation of product requirements into effective designs/drawings that can be used to manufacture products; the effective communication and coordination of technical support for the product; and the development of the engineering team by increasing product design and application knowledge.
Preferred Qualification:-
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related subject or equivalent or posses a HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject.
