Do you only operate in the UK?

Definitely not. Our overseas portfolio has grown dramatically over the past few years, and we now operate on a truly international scale. We have existing clients all over the world, including the US, Canada, Europe, Russia, West Africa the Middle East and Australia.

How many potential employees would I have access to if I work with you?

Our database holds an extensive selection of qualified personnel and is constantly growing. At last count our database holds in excess of 39,000 candidates and this number is ever-growing.

I need several people urgently for a short-term project. Can you help?

Yes, we are accustomed to working to very tight deadlines and can be extremely flexible to meet you needs. We also have extensive experience of recruiting high numbers of personnel.

What will you charge me?

At Carlton we don't publish set rates, as we believe that every situation should be judged on its own particular merits. We will work with yourself to determine the best value we can bring you, and will always make sure that you know exactly what the final cost will be for every project we work on together.
