Alan Patterson BA MIRP - (Senior Commercial Consultant - Temporary Commercial Division)
Alan has been with Carlton for nineteen years and has a broad based background having recruited industrial, commercial and even some engineering. His primary remit is working on temporary commercial work including secretarial, administrative, reception, technical, procurement, contracts, sales administration and document control. Alan has many long established relationships with clients and candidates alike, including some interviewed as school or university leavers are now in management positions. Clients worked for include oil & gas operators, service companies, commercial and financial as well as public and health sector.
Suzanne Cameron MIRP DipRP - (Senior Commercial Consultant - Permanent Division)
Suzanne has been with Carlton for six years where her focus has been solely on recruiting Commercial disciplines from junior through to senior level appointments for clients in a broad spectrum of industry sectors. Including her tenure with Carlton, she has over eight years experience of working in an oil and gas environment and has an excellent knowledge of the Aberdeen and international markets. Before joining Carlton, Suzanne worked for a major engineering contractor where she fulfilled a number of different roles within both a project and corporate environment. Suzanne is an individual member of the REC and has a Diploma in Recruitment Practice.
Sarah Murray MIRP CertRP - (Commercial Consultant - Permanent Division)
Sarah has worked in the recruitment industry for eight years. Since joining Carlton in 2006 Sarah has been responsible for permanent commercial recruitment from junior level trough to middle management across a broad range of industries. Sarah has completed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and is an individual member of the REC.
Caroline Paterson - (Recruitment Consultant/Co-Ordinator - Temporary Commercial Division)
Caroline started her career in HR working for a reputable oil and gas company. After raising her family Caroline initially joined Carlton as a temp working in the public sector. After a move back to Aberdeen from overseas she then joined Carlton in their office where she worked from Receptionist to her present role. Caroline predominately deals with the public sector, sourcing candidates for specific clerical and administrative roles. She has a good understanding of the client requirements and gives 100% to both clients and candidates. Caroline is an authorised Disclosure Scotland Signatory and is responsible for the thorough checking of the required documentation.
